About Jaine

Jaine has an Advanced Certificate and Post Grad Diploma in Guiding & Teaching Meditation, she is an IICT & Meditation Association of Australia member and worked for the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness mentoring trainee meditation teachers for 5 years connecting with meditation for pain, grief & dying, working with the hakras and supporting students through the core components of guiding and teaching meditation in a professional and heartfelt way.

More recently Jaine has completed her training as a teacher in Calm Abiding (Oct 26) at SIBA in Gippsland following 5 terms at the Manjushri Buddhist Centre in Milton with Ben Adcock, feeling and appreciating the deep benefits of this secular practice for herself.

She is currently undertaking a 3-year Buddhist Philosophy course with the Drogmi Buddhist Institute in Tilba Tilba, NSW which commenced March 2026.

Jaine has also been a Reiki & Isis Seichem practitioner for 25+ years, combining Usui and Tibetan practices, she is a retired Registered Nurse & qualified Holistic Therapist.  She is committed to helping others find their true paths, their inner voice and connectedness to community and family. 

Jaine is lifelong learner and continues to study and practice to support others and is always open to new and inspiring ways of being.
